Service Agreement

1. 1.By accepting this Service Agreement, you authorise Ziitech Pty Ltd through its service provider to arrange for funds to be debited from the nominated bank account for the payment of Fees and charges detailed in the Enterprise Agreement. 
2. 2.Ziitech Pty Ltd will debit your nominated bank account on the due date. Where the due date is not a business day, Ziitech Pty Ltd will process the debit on the first business day thereafter. 
3. 3.You may terminate your Services at any time upon the giving of 30 days’ notice. Termination can be done through the giving of written notice via email to cs@ziicloud.com. You must continue to pay Subscription Fees until the end of the notice period.
4. 4.If you wish to dispute a direct debit transaction, you should contact an authorised representative of Ziitech Pty Ltd. 
5. 5.Ziitech Pty Ltd will attempt to ensure that all direct debit transaction disputes are resolved within 30 business days. 
6. 6.You must ensure that sufficient funds are available in your nominated bank account to enable each debit to be paid by the due date. Where an unpaid debit item is returned by a finance institution: 
   1. a.you may be charged a fee and/or interest by your financial institution; 
   2. b.you may incur additional fees and/or charges by Ziitech Pty Ltd; and 
   3. c.you acknowledge that Ziitech Pty Ltd may debit any arrears along with any charges and/or fees prior to or on the next scheduled billing date. 
7. 7.Where an unpaid debit item is returned by a cardholder, Ziitech Pty Ltd may apply a chargeback fee to your account. 
8. 8.The DDR remains in force during the usage period or until the DDR is cancelled. 
9. 9.You may alter the DDR at any time by providing at least 5 business days notice in writing to Ziitech Pty Ltd. 
10. 10.Ziitech Pty Ltd requires the information in the DDR in order make debits from the nominated bank account. Ziitech Pty Ltd will not disclose the information in the DDR, except where required or permitted by law or required for conducting debits with your financial institution and for related queries or disputes. 
11. 11.If you have any queries, wish to alter or cancel the DDR, stop an individual debit or dispute a debit, please contact an authorised representative of Ziitech Pty Ltd.
12. 12.Written notices are to be sent by email to cs@ziicloud.com
13. 13.It is highly recommended that a network feasibility assessment is undertaken to ensure that internet and wi-fi coverage are performing adequately. 
14. 14.For a period of ten (10) business days after installation, requests for menu configuration changes will be supported at no additional cost. Requests thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of $120 ex GST. 
15. 15.By accepting this Service Agreement, you authorise Ziitech Pty Ltd to list your business’ details in the Zii smartphone App. These details include, but are not limited to; address information, opening hours and imagery. Amendments to this listing can be made via written request to cs@ziicloud.com
